Bitcoin betting sites: which crypto sportsbooks take which coins, and which to pick

A bitcoin betting site is any sportsbook that takes BTC at the cashier, and most crypto books take a dozen coins besides. Which coins a site lists matters less than two other things: whether you can bet in a stablecoin, and whether the site pays out. Here's the coin list for each book we could read, and how we'd choose.
Search for “bitcoin betting sites” and you get lists of sportsbooks that take BTC. That's nearly all of them now. The useful questions come after: which other coins can you use, can you bet in a stablecoin, what does the cashier cost you, and does money come back out. This page answers those for the crypto sportsbooks in our ranking whose coin lists we could read.

Every book in the table takes bitcoin, ether and USDT. After that the lists spread out: some add Solana, TRON, XRP and TON; a few list tokens of their own. Sportbet.one listed 19 coins and Rakebit 15. Vave lists six: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE and TON.
A long list looks good, but you only need one coin that's cheap to move. For most bettors that's USDT on a low-fee network. If a book takes USDT, it covers what matters.
Eight books aren't in the table, Stake and Cloudbet among them, because we couldn't read a current coin list from their own pages. We don't fill those rows from other review sites.
Our pick among bitcoin betting sites: Vave
Vave takes the coins most bettors use, including USDT, and it's the one book where we've tested the part that matters most: we deposited and withdrew twice, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, without a document request. It also passes all five written checks in our ranking, from the licence in the register to a stated maximum win of 100,000 USDT a bet.
What to know before depositing at Vave: a deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn (clause 8.11), and documents can be requested before any payout, with 14 days to send them (8.7).
Bitcoin or USDT: which to bet with
On a bitcoin betting site you can usually bet in BTC directly. Whether you should depends on what you want to bet on:
- Bet in BTC and you're making two bets at once: one on the match and one on bitcoin's price. Win a bet at 2.00 and your balance doubles in BTC, but its dollar value on withdrawal day depends on the market.
- Bet in USDT and the stake, the odds and the winnings all mean the same thing in dollars. That's why we quote prices in USDT on every match page.
If you already hold bitcoin and want to keep it, betting in BTC is fine. Just treat the price move as part of the result.
The cashier: networks and fees
The coin is half the choice. The network is the other half, because the same USDT can travel on several blockchains with very different fees.
On a small stake, the network fee can be a real share of the bet, once in and once out. TRC-20 and BEP-20 are the usual cheap choices; ERC-20 on Ethereum costs more. Always send on the network the cashier names: a deposit on the wrong network is the most common way crypto goes missing. The full walk-through is in the bitcoin sportsbook guide.
What else to check on a crypto betting site
Coins are the easy part. These decide whether a crypto betting site is worth your deposit:
- The licence, in the register. Look the number up with the regulator. A certificate names domains; check yours is one of them.
- When ID can be asked. Most books reserve the right at any time. See no KYC sportsbooks for each clause.
- Deposit rules. Some books require a deposit to be bet before it can be withdrawn. At Vave it's three times.
- Maximum win. Vave caps winnings at 100,000 USDT a bet, 250,000 a day and 500,000 a week. Big accumulators should be sized with the cap in mind.
- The margin. A few points of margin on every bet cost more over a season than any fee. How we rank shows how we measure it.
Beyond bitcoin: ETH, SOL, TON and stablecoins
- Ethereum (ETH) is on every list, but its fees make it a poor choice for small, frequent deposits. USDT on a cheaper network does the same job.
- Solana (SOL) and TRON (TRX) are cheap and fast to move, and several books list them.
- TON appears on the lists of Vave, Rakebit and Sportbet.one; it's popular with Telegram wallets.
- USDC is a second stablecoin at four of the seven books in the table: Rakebit, Wild.io, Rainbet and Sportbet.one.
Whatever the coin, the same rule holds: bet a fixed amount you've set aside, and set it before the game, not during it. Responsible betting has the rest.
